If you receive an error message or encounter difficulties while filling in our online order form, the below indications may help you:
*                     Refresh the page. If the page takes too long to load, click on the "Stop" button on the window of your navigator then click on "Refresh".
*                     Deactivate the parental control software. If you are using a parental control software or if your account hosts this option, make sure it is deactivated.
*                     Clear your temporary files (hidden files). Most search engines keep a temporary copy of each page you surf on. Clearing these files erases history and gives space for new information. How to proceed (If you can’t find your search engine in the list below, please refer to the Help page of your navigator).
*                                   You are using Internet Explorer: select "Tools" on top of the page, then click on "Internet Options" and finally on the "General" tab. In the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click on "Delete Files". Click on "OK" in the box that has just opened. Please note that this may take up to a few minutes if it has never been done before. Once the files have been deleted, click on "OK".
*                                   You are using Firefox/Mozilla: select "Tools" on top of the page, then click on "Options" and on "Privacy". In the "Hidden" section, Click on "Clear". Then click on "OK".
*                     Clear your cookies. The problem may occur because of cookies in your search engine. Clearing them should solve the problem. To clear your cookies, follow the instructions below (If you can’t find your search engine in the list below, please refer to the Help page of the manufacturer’s website)
*                                   You are using Internet Explorer: select "Tools" on top of the page, then click on "Internet Options" and finally on the "General" tab. Beware: to place an order or access some parts of our website, you need to accept cookies. Once clearing is done, don’t forget to set your navigator so that it accepts them.
If the problem hasn’t been solved by the above mentioned steps, please contact us, indicating the following information :
*                     A detailled description of the problem, including the exact error message and where it appears (directly on our webpage or in a pop up window).
*                     Your order number.
*                     The last link you clicked on or the last address you typed before the problem appeared.
*                     The name of the navigator you are using and its version (for example: Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc).
*                     The system you are using (example: Windows XP, Mac OS X, etc).
*                     The full URL address that appears in the address bar of your navigator. (for example : http://www.eshop.biox.be/product_info.php?products_id=200
