We know everybody is concerned about the use of their personal data, so thank you for trusting, we will scrupulously protect your details.

Who is in charge of data handling?
All personal data transmitted to is accounted for by Bio-X Diagnostics SPRL located Rue de la Chavée 11 B-6900 AYE (BELGIUM).

What information are collected on
The customer information we collect will help us personalize and continually improve your experience. Your details will be used for: order handling, delivery of goods and services, payment, but also to inform you on your orders, products and services; to keep and upgrade your files and your account; bring some information to your knowledge and recommend products or services you might be interested in. We also use the information to improve our e-shop, prevent or detect frauds or misuse of our website and allow a third party to perform technical, logistical or other acts on our behalf. Some information are however mandatory to benefit from services. The mandatory information will be indicated if necessary.

*       Information you provide us
We collect and keep all information provided to us on our website or through any other channel. You can choose not to communicate some information but it may have an impact on services or functionalities we provide. We use data you provide us to answer your requests, personalize your future orders, improve our website and communicate with you.
*       Data automatically collected
Every time you get in touch with us, we receive and keep track of a certain type of information. As many other websites do, we use « cookies ». So, as soon as you access the www. websit,  your navigator system provides us with a certain type of data.
*       Information collected from various sources
We can also use other information coming from various sources and add them to your account data.
What about the « cookies »?
« Cookies » are alphanumerical identifiers that are transferred to our hard drive through your Internet navigator. They allow our system to recognize your navigator and offer you services such as the items you put in your cart.
The Help section of your navigator will show you how to block new « cookies », how to deactivate all of them or how to get a message when you receive a new one. You can also choose to deactivate or suppress similar data used by side softwares of your navigator such as Flash cookies, by changing the parameters of these softwares or by following procedures described on the software manufacturer’s website. However, since “cookies” allow you to benefit from essential functionalities on the website, we would advise you keep them active. For example, if you choose to block all of our cookies, you will not be able to add any item to your cart, nor to make any check or use all products and services requiring the opening of an account.
If you keep « cookies » active, make sure you log out if you share the computer with other people.
Does share data?

Customer data is a very important part of our activity. However this doesn’t mean that it is a business for us. We only share data with a third party in the following cases:
*       External service providers
*       Other companies or self-employed people may act on our behalf for some services we cannot handle ourselves. A few examples: order handling, product dispatch, postal or electronic mail dispatch, customer files management, database analysis, marketing services, supply of search results and links (including paying links and listings), bankcard payment handling and customer service. Those people have access to personal data required to carry out their service and are not allowed to use them for any other purpose. Moreover, they are compelled to handle these data in accordance to the present policy and the European laws on personal information.
*       Business transfer
                  With the development of our activities, we and/or other companies controlled by Bio-X Diagnostics may have to sell or acquire whole or part of companies, subsidiary companies, or segments of activity such as shops. During such transactions, customer data is generally part of the transferred goods, but the engagements of the data protection policy then applicable remain (except, of course, if agreed otherwise with the customer). In addition, in the unlikely event of Bio-X Diagnostics or one of its substantial parts being acquired, the customer data would of course also be transmitted to the buyer.
*       Protection of and third parties
                  We reveal the content of clients’ accounts and any other personal information when legally compelled or if the disclosure is necessary to carry out and enforce our general sales conditions or any other agreement, or to protect the rights of or of a third party. It includes in particular the possibility to exchange information with other companies or organizations with a purpose of protection against fraud and reduction of risks related to credit. This, of course, does not allow sale, hiring, sharing or any other disclosure of personal information allowing identification of customers for business purposes, contradictory with the engagements of the present policy.
*       With your approval
In all the other cases, you would be informed if your information was transmitted to a third party and you would have the possibility of giving your approval.
Is my personal information protected?
We sustain physical and electronic security measures as well as procedures in connection with the collection, conservation and communication of customers’ personal information. Our safety procedures could lead us to ask you for a justification of your identity before we can communicate you any of your personal information.
It is important to protect yourself from unauthorized access to your password and computer. If you share a computer, you must then log out after each use.
What about other Advertisers and Links to other websites?
Our website can include commercials from third parties and links to other websites. In no case do we transfer these advertisers or other websites personal information allowing identification of our customers.
These other websites and advertisers, or advertising companies on Internet working on their behalf, sometimes use technologies to send adverts which are posted on our website directly to your navigator. In this case, they automatically receive your IP address. They can also use cookies, JavaScript, tags or pixel images under GIF format (single-pixel gifs) and other technologies in order to measure the effectiveness of their adverts and to personalize their advertising content. We have no access to and no control on these cookies or other functionalities they could use. The way these websites and advertisers use information is not covered by our personal data protection policy. Please contact them directly to learn more about their personal data protection policy.
What information can I have access to? gives you access to a large amount of information in connection with your account and your interactions with with the sole purpose of informing you and, I some cases, of allowing you to update your data.  
What choices do I have?
As mentioned above, you always have the choice not to communicate any information, even if some information is necessary to carry out purchases or to use services.
In accordance with the law on data processing, files and freedoms, you have a right to access, modify, correct and erase personal information. If you update information, we generally keep a copy of your initial information in our files.
If you do not wish to receive emails or other mails from us, you just need to notify it in Your account.
Who is authorized to use
The sale of the products on is strictly for veterinary surgeons. Only they can correctly read the results obtained after establishing a precise clinical diagnosis of the sick animal(s).
